Timothy Buck is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in our Lehi Clinic. Timothy describes himself as a “client centered” therapist, in that his overarching goal is to discover what his clients need and to serve those needs, no matter what they may be. Though he is versed in many therapeutic modalities, he does not choose one over another. He instead finds what would best serve his client, and works from there using whatever modality or combination of modalities allows for the best possible outcome.

Timothy works with individuals and couples. He particularly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults. He finds he is able to connect in a meaningful way with a wide variety of young people, and can speak to their fears, pains and difficulties.

Timothy is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and has been an artist his entire life. He loves art in all its forms. Art and creative endeavors have been a major driving force in his own life, and he loves to bring them into therapy wherever and whenever possible. In his free time, Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years and four children.
