Stacey Rich is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and has been practicing psychotherapy for the past 10 years. She has extensive training in working with trauma clients utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)). Stacey also has experience with providing many other types of trauma informed care. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which is utilized to help people heal from past issues and learn to live fully in the present. DBT is an outcome based treatment highly recommended for clients struggling with severe anxiety. Stacey utilizes DBT in her treatment of substance use disorders. Stacey also specializes in providing couples therapy and is trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
