Good news- Ascendant is in-network with over 30 insurance companies that offer coverage for mental health.  If you don’t have insurance, we offer reasonable self-pay rates. We also accept Bishop Pay.  
Once you provide us with your insurance information, we’ll get a verification of benefits from your carrier and an estimate for your out-of-pocket costs.
For Bishop Pay, you’ll need to get approval from your Bishop and provide us with the name and contact information for your Bishop.  The Bishop will usually offer a set number of visits.

Insurance Estimates

Once we receive your insurance information, we will request an estimate of benefits from your insurance company. Please be aware that behavioral health benefits may be different from your medical care benefits.

We will be happy to process your insurance claim and help you receive the maximum allowable benefit.

Payment Options

Any self-pay, co-payment or deductible not covered by insurance is due at time of service.
