Pat Ringold is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience as a counselor. Pat has appreciated contributing to clients in varied environments. She has experience with a broad range of life challenges. She has worked in crisis settings, on military posts, in community mental health clinics, and with groups. She supports those who have trauma history and attachment disruptions, as well as challenges with anxiety, depression, and substance use.

She is a certified Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist who is trained in resource building, imagery, Seeking Safety, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her clients experience success in building on and expanding their strengths using individualized combinations of evidence based approaches. Pat received her Masters from the University of Dayton.
