Your first steps start here.

STEP ONE    
Call us to schedule your first appointment.  We’ll do our best to match you with a therapist that’s right for you.  To accomplish this, we’ll ask you about your mental health concern and if you have any gender, religious or ethnic preferences for a therapist. We’ll ask you about your insurance to find you a therapist that’s in-network with your plan. If you don’t have insurance, we offer reasonable self-pay rates and we accept Bishop Pay.  To see a list of  in-network insurance plans and our self-pay rates, click here.
Concerned about COVID?  We offer in person and teletherapy appointments.  We follow CDC safety guidelines and, out of an abundance of caution, we ask that you wear a mask for in person appointments. Your safety is important to us.

STEP TWO
Before your first appointment you’ll need to complete your New Client forms.  Ideally these forms are completed at least 2 business days before your appointment to allow us time to complete a verification of any benefits you may have.  The forms are completed securely online. 
Plan on spending about 20 minutes to complete your forms and have any insurance and payment information handy.

STEP THREE

At your first appointment your therapist will ask you about your concerns and goals. Together you’ll develop a treatment plan that gets you to your best life.
If for some reason you don’t connect with your therapist, please let us know.  We’ll arrange for a reassignment.  We understand how important it is for you to feel that you can develop trust and understanding with your therapist.
