Elizabeth Harrop is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Board Certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (PMHNP-BC). Beth is a graduate of the University of Utah’s psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program. She is board certified and experienced in treating clients of all ages across the lifespan with a specific focus on children and adolescents from age 6 and up.
She is experienced in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance abuse disorders. She has many years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She has a unique ability to connect with her clients and views mental health treatment as a collaborative effort. She is an advocate of the combined approach of psychotropic medication management and psychotherapy. She has over ten years of nursing experience in psychiatry, women’s health and working in the juvenile justice system, as well as a Master Degree in School Guidance Counseling.
Beth provides services at our Salt Lake clinic in Murray and our Davis County clinic in Layton.
