Celeste has been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past 8 years. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and depression. Celeste has advanced training in conflict resolution and has also worked extensively with clients struggling to manage their anger. Her training also includes specialized treatment for eating disorders and food addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), domestic violence, and self-harm issues.

Celeste utilizes Mind-Body Bridging techniques for clients with PTSD and also has experience with combat PTSD treatment for veterans. She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

Celeste is also a specialist in working with the 55 years of age and older population around issues such as grief and loss, depression, and substance use. Celeste is well suited to work with young adults age 18 to 28 years of age including college students, returned missionaries, and those struggling with anxiety and stressful life changes.
