Anne Doubek's specialties include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and recovery from, or adjusting to, illness or physical disability. She specializes in person-centered therapy and particularly enjoys helping women manage the complexities of living a full and satisfying life.
Anne graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle in 1992 with an Master degree in Social-Behavioral Sciences. Her specialty is systems work with couples, youth, and families and treating individuals as they relate to challenges in their environments. She has worked in various settings including outpatient and inpatient treatment settings. Anne is a registered yoga teacher and utilizes body-mind techniques in her work to facilitate a holistic approach that treats the whole person. She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
